Nepal cricket team has qualified for the Asia Cup 2027 tournament to be held in Bangladesh next year. It achieved this feat by defeating UAE in the final of the ACC Men's Premier Cup 2026 held in Malaysia. Along with the Indian team, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan teams have directly entered this one-day format tournament. Nepal opener Asif Sheikh excelled with a century. This is the second time that Nepal has qualified for the Asia Cup after 2023.
