AP: The YSRCP has suspended former Kakinada corporator Rokalla Satyanarayana, who was arrested in a drug smuggling case, from the party. On May 25, when he arrived at the Kochi airport from Bangkok, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) officials arrested him and Pandiri Arjun Kumar. About 3 kg of drugs were found in their possession. The party took this decision as part of disciplinary action as the incident came to light late. Currently, the authorities are investigating the drug network.
