Serious food safety lapses have been revealed at Reddy's Hotel near Ramanthapur Church in Hyderabad. Customers have taken the hotel management to task after a cockroach was found in the biryani they ordered. However, the hotel management, who were supposed to rectify the problem, responded irresponsibly by saying, "They keep coming.. Eat it or else it won't be served." Customers are expressing their anger over the incident. This careless attitude shown by the hotel management towards the quality of the food has become a topic of discussion locally.
