A 28-year-old Ugandan woman has tested positive for Ebola in Karnataka's capital Bengaluru. She arrived in Bengaluru via Ahmedabad on the 23rd of this month and was diagnosed with symptoms like stomach aches and fatigue by the airport medical staff. She has been isolated as a precaution. Blood samples have been sent to the National Institute of Virology in Pune. The report is awaited. The government has been alerted after symptoms of Ebola appeared.
