Sensational details have come to light in the murder of fashion designer Nagalakshmi (42) in Nanganallur, Chennai. The husband, Subrahmanyam (52), who was jealous of his wife's popularity, brutally murdered Nagalakshmi with a hunting knife when no one was home. He then sent a message to his younger son, "Mom, I won't be here anymore.. I have prepared rice for you, come and eat," and committed suicide by hanging himself in his room. The police have registered a case and are investigating.
