Indian Railways' first-ever 16-coach 'Vande Bharat Goods Train' began its trial run on the Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central route on Saturday. The train, built by Chennai ICF, has reached a top speed of 145 kmph in tests. Its speciality is its state-of-the-art facilities like temperature-controlled containers, automatic sliding doors and CCTV cameras to prevent vegetables and fruits from spoiling. The arrival of this train will bring speed and revolutionary changes in the domestic freight transport sector.
