AP: Heavy rains in Nellore on Saturday paralysed normal life. Heavy water has accumulated under the Atmakur bus stand, Vijayamahal Gate and Magunta Layout bridges. Two private buses got stuck in flood water at the Atmakur bus stand railway underpass, and authorities have taken steps to pull them out. People and motorists are facing severe difficulties as rainwater and sewage water have accumulated on the roads. Some are walking on water pipes in dangerous conditions.
