Sheetal Devi became the world champion in archery. The 18-year-old amputee archer won the gold medal at the Para World Archery Championship. She defeated Turkish number one Zoznur 146-143. Sheetal, who won the gold in the women's compound individual event, also won the bronze in the mixed team event with Toman Kumar.
