Thunderstorms in AP for the next 3 days
The southwest monsoon has advanced to the southeast Arabian Sea, the Comorin region, the Bay of Bengal, the Andaman Sea, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and some parts of the east-central Bay of Bengal, the meteorological department said. As a result, the weather in the southern Indian states is likely to cool down. The surface circulation is continuing over the south coastal Andhra Pradesh and surrounding areas. Due to the impact of this weather change, officials are warning that rains and squalls are likely to be recorded across the state for the next three days.
