Nine bodies have been recovered after a Madhya Pradesh tourism department cruise boat capsized at Bargi Dam on the Narmada river near Jabalpur. A video taken before the accident showed the weather suddenly changing, with strong winds blowing and people not wearing life jackets. Survivors have also alleged that human error was also to blame for the accident. Search operations are underway to find the rest.
