As part of the Special Revision of Voters' List (SIR) process in Delhi, the Election Commission has issued notices to several VVIPs including Union Minister S. Jaishankar, former CM Arvind Kejriwal, CBI Director Praveen Sood and former Army Chief Upendra Dwivedi for mismatching their details. While AAP has alleged that the EC and BJP are in cahoots to remove votes, the BJP has clarified that the entire process is being done transparently. The Election Commission has said that those who have received the notices can register as voters by submitting appropriate documents.
