A dilapidated government primary school in Jaipur district of Rajasthan has been demolished. The school building in Rampura Kanwarpura village of Bagru assembly constituency is on the verge of collapse and classes are being held in a cow shed. As part of a campaign to repair the school, CJP members were attacked by villagers. In the wake of these incidents, funds for the school were approved on August 23. The CM announced that the construction of the new building will begin on September 1, and the demolition of the old building began on Wednesday.
