Android 12, Google shocks older versions: Security updates suspended
Currently, most smartphone users use Android phones. However, Google has recently shocked users using Android 12 and older versions. Google has announced that it will no longer provide security patch updates for versions. Currently, only 58 percent of people are using Android 13 and higher versions. Those using Android 9 to 12 are at risk of cyber attacks, hacking, and malware attacks. There is a possibility of problems such as theft of usernames, passwords, and hacking of banking apps.
